Chidori, Rasengan, Lighting Blade

Instead of A rank being rasengan(Which needs improvement lol) you should have a chance between lightning blade, chidori, and rasengan....chance you get chidori is increase if you have raiton as your first element, Lightning blade chance is increased if you have Half shar, Rasengan would be increased if you have none of those 2

Chidori: Slightly weaker than lightning blade and rasengan, but once you activate jutsu your speed increases tremendously untill you hit something.

Lightning Blade: Strongest of 3 but you run normal speed and no other after effect except slight paralysis.

Rasengan: Deals good damage(better than now) hits person and does initial hit damage than makes person fly back into wall which deals even more damage, if you have fuuton its slightly stronger and reaches 1 tile further

not bad, you have balanced them well and for lightning blade i guess it could have current effect, it doesnt die against bunshins (meaning you can take down 20 bunshins with one raikiri)
