Chidori/Raikiri

As we all know the chidori is initially the uchiha's
and raikiri was one made by kakashi so the thing is if your an uchiha with raiton element you get chidori technique(s)
and if you are an non clan with raiton you get raikiri

Chidori Spear: this justsu lasts about 6 seconds with a small cool down
it is a long range its reach is from x______________________x

Chidori Nagashi: this jutsu is an aoe of course but i wanted to make this a lil trickier
the technique would temp freeze and not be as big as most aoe's instead havign a shorter range

Chidori Senbon: the user cast 3-4 senbon raiton focused and should do the same damage as your base nin

Lightning hound: as seen in the arch the user casts with raikiri raiton focused into a shape of a dog
i would say for thiis jutsu to be like kirin arrow key controllable

I don't think that Chidori is Uchiha's....It's like saying that Rasengan belongs to ''Naruto Clan''. Anyone can use rasengan (Naruto, Minato, Kakashi, Jiraiya) and the same goes for Chidori... I don't think that Chidori belongs to Uchiha's =/

Do You Mean It Should work like sawarabi or like homing aoe?
like if u dble target player (or NPC) and when u use the jutsu there that AOE surrounds him? And stuns him? :O

i would like if chidori nagashi was one of these ways uhhh

1.) you press chidori nagashi and electricity goes all around body then u got like 5 secs to stun people (stun last about 3-7 secs) but has to be 1x1 near them

2.) well you press chidori nagashi and electricity goes all around your body but this time its a 3x3 and you can't move for 5 secs and it stuns anyone inside electricity (Stun last 3-8 secs)

But i think this should be an s rank tech

I actually agree with this being an 'uchiha only' because in gaiden the 4th mentions how hard it is to use with such a blindspot, but then people with any doujutsu akin to that should be able to attain chidori AND raikiri. =]

I think everyone with Raiton as their element should be able to use it but only people with Sharingan are able to use it well or control it better or something..I dunno

Uhm... What if, People with Raiton, without Sharingan, have a big chance to Miss at thet time to hit with it?
And those with Sharingan, will have a lower chance of missing

how about this non clans that use chidori will move slower and can be punched to stop the tech unless they have a doujutsu like 1/2 shar and multi shar. and uchihas can move faster like say the speed of sume yajuu and cant be cancled unless its a clash and so forth

Anyone with a Doujutsu eg. Byakugan, or type of Sharingan will attain Chidori and it's varients through the Raiton skill tree while people without said Doujutsu will achieve Raikiri :p
