Do You Like The Battle Exp System Idea ?
Battle Experience System
The battle experience system will contribute to a new way of "training" in NNA.
Various jutsu will require Battle Experience and Battle experience will provide an incentive for killers everywhere =)
Battle Experience System How It Works...
After killing an npc or player you'll gain "Battle Experience" and this will be required for some jutsu (Example instead of getting something at lvl 30 you'll get it around lvl 25/20ish but it'll require battle experience and stats)
The whole point of this system is to make it so NNA is more PvP and less homing on bosses all day.
There will be a "Battle Exp" cap per level/rank to prevent abusers and people who would just kill all day for battle exp -.- .
Fighting your own village members will get you 1/4th of the original battle experience that its worth (example if a genin is 100 battle experience you'll only get 25 from killing your own village member) (more benefits killing someone from another village)
Battle Experience Uses
Well besides rinnegan and sharingan I think battle experience should be a bonus for other clans and non clans too =)
*After reaching a high amount of battle experience (i dunno like ... 50k ? 100k ?) You'll get special jutsu according to clan*
Uchiha
Amaterasu enton
-Places a shield of Amaterasu in the direction your facing that blocks againist anything (cept another Amaterasu xD)
-Last's until you run out of chakra
(Btw Uchiha's require Mangekyou + 50k-100k battle exp for this one ._.)
-5min cool down time
Hyuuga
Gentle Fist Full Body Blow (In new manga =) 524)
-Breaks out of all PHYSICAL freezes
-1min cool down time
Aburame
Beetle Sphere
-kind of like Iron sand drizzle but with bugs
-If the enemy gets hit they lose 1/2 their chakra
-5min cool down time
Nara
Shadow Summoning
-When a shadow is out once you hit this verb 5 other shadows will appear moving slower but home on to the target (Close range, target has to be about 6 tiles away MAX)
EXAMPLE

o=new slower homing shadow
p= person/target/player/enemy/
-5min cool down
Yamanaka
Mind transfer Mastery
-this one will be an instant mind transfer and the stun time if missed is lower
-5 min cool down
(You'll have the normal mind transfer plus this one)
Non clan
-They'll randomly get ONE small special such as...
-A summoning (frog,slug,snake,dog)
-Raikiri
-Double Raikiri
-Sealing jutsu i forgot the name of (reaper seal)
Kaguya
-Bone dagger extended
-Get an extention on there attacks for a certain period of time (if the target is ONE tile away they'll still get hit)
-5min cool down
Akamichi
-Meat tank + Kunais (I dunno if its in yet ._.)
-Increases meat tanks damage
-5 min cool down
Inzunka
-Double fang over fang (forgot what its called ._.)
-Your pet will have a homing one that lasts about 8 sec
-You'll have a manual one you have to guide with the arrow keys
-5min cool down
*Note* Most clans require 50k-100k battle experience for these "bonus" jutsu however some clans may require more (example Uchiha)
IF YOU HAVE ANY SUGGESTIONS POST EM ! (But be conciderate and dont put a million new jutsu down or make it too complex) ! ! !

to be honest i do like tha idea but as you know we have a shit load to fix and add before we start doing detailed shit like that but if stormie is Willing to Code all that shit in im all for it

To tell u the truth it would only be a good idea if all clans had equal things they could get but they dont it clrealy favors certain clans over others such as the hyuugas gentle fist only getting you out of a physical freeze big whoop thats not a big incentive for the hyuugas

Erm Madara That Jutsu already exists its called Hijutsu Mushidama (Its a Freeze for now like Bone Grave.) and for ure idea its good but as Indigo said its been done by Roco and him already but else if urse gets added the actual Jutsu is called Spindle Formation. (Just for Info From Bug Freak ._.). Oh and Another Thing The Cooldowns are Fucking Insane. If The Cooldown on shar is already 1 min those techs arent that sick (Exept for Blaze release) So they actualy dont need such a long cooldown , i guess a better one would be 2-3 mins .

i like it
i like it only i find u still should kill or homing bosses but i think its better to but battle exp only for jutsu's
