New War System !

Ok so right now the war system we have is pretty decent but not epic yet ;o

In General ....
-Leaf has declared war on Mist ! The war will begin in 5minutes ! <<< (Something like that should be shown so villages can prepare) and count down (example 5 Minutes ! 4 Minutes ! etc.)
-World wars will begin in 10minutes


Things that should be added
"World War" Verb
-Throws every village into a world war
-Last village standing wins
-Everyone living from the winning village will recieve 1 level
-"World Wars" Can only Occur every 3 hours
-Winning village will gain 5 village rep

"Alliance" Verb
-You can ally with 1 village
-If you kill an allied shinobi you wont get kills

How it works
-When you ally with a village and a war starts everyone spawns in the same village
-(Example: Leaf has declared war on Mist !; If Leaf allied with sand then Sand shinobi will spawn in the Leaf Village; If mist allied with someone those shinobi would spawn in mist)

Other things
-Organizations can be allied
