It could be a special item that you could win in tournaments like Hiraishin Kunai, Green Beast Weights and White Fangs Tanto.
It could have a stun effect once someone is hit by it.
The only weapon which could attack a person with Suigetsu special (If thats being added)
Attack from 3 tiles away...And I dunno..It would be nice to have though
