Here are some basic rules, not followed will mean warn boot, jail, temp ban and then perma' ban.

1. No spamming Jutsu in public places, find an enclosed area!

2. No students killing!

3. Dont be Rude! Be happy

4. No Spam Killing!

5. No Tele/Summon Killing

6. No Entrance Killing!

7. No Afk Killing!

8. No entrance blocking!

9. Dont Kill in Academy!

10. No asking for higher rank! But ya can ask requirement

11. DO NOT remake for Elements, Demon or Special

12. Dont be mad at GMs/enforcers/owners if they're 'ignoring' you, maybe they're helping someone else, or doing something for Storm

Ranks: Genin – Get lvl 5, Do genin test and make 10 kawarimis, bunshins and henges then lvl up once, if ya still dont get ask from GM
TO HENGE YOU NEED TARGET FIRST BY DOUBLE CLICKING ON ONE YOU WANT HENGE!!!!!
Chuunin – 15 lvl and kill Rock Lee outside leaf
Jounin - 20 lvl, it is auto
Hunter - 100 Missing Kills And Jounin Rank
Kage/Leader - Given By An Owner

How to train

Kill Critters(animals that are wandering everywhere) for start so you get lvls and kill more easier others
Kill Village shinobi's (best way)
Kill rogue shinobi's (gives less exp than village shinobis)
Kill Boss npc's
- Missing Leader (Outside rock and mist)
- Dosu Kinuta (Outside Leaf)
- Kabuto (Outside Sand)
- Sasuke (Outside Lead)
- Hashirima, 1st Hokage (Outside Rock)
Kill Players (exp depends on their level)

when you level up you get 5 points u can distribute in commands/distribute points

How To Get Jutsus

There are 5 ways to get jutsus, they are Clan, Rank, Elemental, Profession and Scrolls

To get clan jutsus by raising your stats, after you get their requirment they automaticly come to you

To get Rank jutsus you need raise in rank
Genin - Mei Mei No Jutsu, Shishi Rendan and your first element
Chuunin - Kai, Middle Bird Rotation and your second element
Jounin - Shunshin no Jutsu and you get to select your profession
Hunter - Jourou Senbon

You can also raise your reputation by killing other players, when you raise in rank you get new jutsu:
D Rank Shinobi = 20 Kills, Technique Acquired: Kage Bunshin No Jutsu
C Rank Shinobi = 80 Kills, Technique Acquired: Tajuu Bunshin No Jutsu.
B Rank Shinobi = 150 Kills, Technique Acquired: Tajuu Kage Bunshin No Jutsu.
A Rank Shinobi = 250 Kills, Technique Acquired: None
S Rank Shinobi = 400 Kills, Technique Acquired: Element Fusion, if you got ability to fuse elements

To get your elemental jutsus you need get your first and second element at genin and chuunin when you get to know your element distribute some points to get first element jutsus from your elements, when you get those first jutsus you need keep using em and raise your element control to get more elemetal jutsus

when you get Jounin rank you get box with all professions you need choose one, if you didnt get box as Jounin go talk to Iruka he will give you profession, to get profession jutsus you need have profession chosed and raise ur stats, and dont worry if you wont get your profession jutsus soon they have quite high req

to get scroll jutsus you need go to Scroll seller and control+click on him there are 3 scrolls he sells

Sume Tate = Shield
Sume Hitoya = Freeze
Sume Yayuu = Homing
Chojuu Lion = Straigh going projectile
Chojuu Snake = Straigh going projectile

Fuuma Scroll:
Ant Lion Crater = Freeze
Chakra Threads = Freeze
Ninja Sword Strike = Taijutsu attack

cost 75k
Rashoumon Scroll:
Rashoumon = Shield

Element Fusions

to get element Fusions you need right elements, ability to fuse elements and if you have right elements and ability to fuse elements you get element fusion jutsus at S rank

Suiton + Katon = Futton
Doton + Katon = Yoton
Fuuton + Doton = Jinton
Suiton + Raiton = Ranton
Doton + Raiton = Shoton
Fuuton + Suiton = Hyuton
Suiton + Doton = Mokuton

there are currently only 3 element combinations that dont fuse

Katon + Raiton = ????
Katon + Fuuton = ????
Raiton + Fuuton = ????
