*Notes*
Users have to have Suiton + something else to get Suigetsu special and have to be Non Clan.
Users with Suiton and Raiton will have a hard time mastering Water Manipulation



Water Summoning
Like an aburame bug type of thing.It'll limit the time on jutsu's so this isn't OPED


Water Manipulation
like shape manipulation it determines if you can control your suigetsu jutsu or not.

WATER JUTSUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Water Manipulation Jutsu(like ironsand)
1-3 tiles(depends on uses,water manipulation,lvl,nin,tai and the amount of water you can summon)

WaterBeast
(increases tai by pumping water into arms) x1.1 - 1.5 (depends on nin,shape manipulation and Water Summoning)
Timelimit:Depends on chakra(like a sharingan boost)

Liquidtize
In this mode you turn your body into water in move freely(like a bunshin) and can escape easyly from PHYSICAL freezes.
In this mode your chakra drains per second (example like sharingan but alot more chakra)
In this mode you're immune to taijutsu and weapons
In this mode Katon style jutsu is sliced in half(Example:10k to 5k)
In this mode Raiton style has doubbled (Example:10k to 20k)
In this mode you're immune to Suiton style

Time limit:5-20 sec (depending on Nin,lvl and Water manipulation)
CoolDown:20sec-120sec(depending on uses,nin,lvl,Water manipulation and Water Summoning)

Water Sheild
Like sumi tate. You turn into the water shield itself making you're self immune to Katon and weapons. Doubbling Raiton.Increases sheild size if Suiton jutsu is aimed at user.Bunshins will go through users.


Time Limit:5-10sec(depends on uses,water manipulation,water summoning and nin)
CoolDown:30sec-60sec(depends on uses,water manipulation and water summoning)

Water projectiles

Water shuriken fly out of you at will in all directions(Starts off as 1 shuriken,2,then 3 ect til its all around you)
