V3 Genjutsu Concept

We know that right now genjutsu in NNA is practically useless ._. So i have an idea =0

Genjutsu will be a profession

Genjutsu Expert Profession

Jutsu
-Chakra Flow Distrubance
-Genjutsu (Cast)
-Genjutsu (Cast; Reality Manipulation) <<< For Non Clans or maybe all clans cept Uchiha & Yamanaka ?

How the Jutsu work . . .

Chakra Flow Disturbance
-Disturbs yours or targets chakra thus releasing them from all genjutsu (including tsyukyomi)
-5 times more affective then "Kai"

Chakra Cost: 1k
Cool down: 20 seconds


Genjutsu (Cast)
-Drains your NIn & Tai to 0 temperarly
-Making ALL jutsu spamable for a small amout of chakra
-On your opponents screen it'll appear like your hitting your usual damage
-On your screen your hitting 0
-Target has to be on screen and be hit by an invisible attack to be in genjutsu (like mindtransfer)
-Target's Jutsu will hit 0 in this mode (But it'll show their normal damage on their screen)

Cooldown: 2mins
Chakra Cost: 2k + 500 per jutsu

Genjutsu (Cast, Reality Manipulation)
-All jutsu will slip through you (like Madara)
-Has all the effects of Genjutsu Cast
-However now you can switch between Reality and Illusion with no cool downs/chakra cost
-Your genjutsu range has been increased by a 3 tile invisible heki (like a 3 tile mindtransfer)
-You can freeze or slow down target at will (however when you release the jutsu the effects are off)
-Target's Jutsu will hit 0 in this mode (But it'll show their normal damage on their screen)

Cooldown: None
Chakra Cost: 5k + 1k/ Sec

Weaknesses of Genjutsu Profession . . .

-Kai can break through "Genjutsu Cast"

-The user has to be still when casting the Genjutsu, meaning . . . If the user is hit by any jutsu or taijutsu the Genjutsu will be released

-A person with a dojutsu (1 eye,Sharingan and Rinnegan) has a chance to release ALL Genjutsu Profession jutsu
1 eye= 10% + chance of releasing
Sharingan= 20% + chance of releasing
Rinnegan= 50% + chance of releasing
Mangekyou= 30%+ chance of releasing
EMS=50% + chance of releasing

I dont know this may be too oped =S maybe not o_0 im not sure @_@ Genjutsu profession would be more useful at a higher level then low.
