Armour being useful!?

Basically, I'm going to add 3 fundamental defense rates, these being:- Deflection, Reduction and Absorption.

Deflection - The rate at which your armour completely negates an attack, resulting in 0 damage to you. (Measured in %)

Reduction - The amount of raw damage taken away. eg you're hit for 10k in the chest, your chest Reduction is 500, you get hit for 9.5k actual damage. (Measured in standard damage units)

Absorption - The same as Reduction, apart from it stacks with Reduction, and the more absorbed, the more damage done to the armour. (Measured in %)

All armour will have a specific place eg. You can have arm armour, leg armour, chest armour, head armour. Physical attacks will have different chances at hitting different area's. Non-physical attacks will always be aimed at your chest armour.

If any armour is broken, all stats will be reduced to 0 untill it is repaired, the cost of repair will vary according to the worth of the item.

We will use these 3 rates, for different types of defense eg:-
Physical Deflection, Reduction and Absorption.
Elemental Ninjutsu Deflection, Reduction and Absorption.
etc.

Hmm I think there should be a nerf to this kind of system so that it cant be abused =0

How it works
-As rank increases so does the amount of gear you can wear

Example
Academy Students- Clothes
Genin- Clothes, Under armour
Chuunin- Clothes,Chuunin vest,Under armour
Jounin- Clothes,Jounin vest, Under armour
Hunter Nin- All of the above
Anbu- All of the above + Anbu mask + Armour (itachi style) + Arm guards (Itachi style)
War armour- Shoulder blade jounin armour style suits + all of the above (if you have the rank)

When you control + Click someone you can see what they're wearing

How it works
-A box will pop out showing what they're wearing
-Maybe more and more information would show the more you use this ?

Creating Armour(s)
-You can create armour by finding minerals placed around the NNA world !

How it works
-Minerals will be randomly placed around the NNA world
-Bosses will drop these minerals,Rogues will too
-Minerals will be given 5 levels

Grey (lowest) (Common) (Anyone can drop these/Find)

White (Medium) (Common) (Anyone can drop these/Find)

Blue (Average) (Some what common) (Only Low level bosses drop these)

Purple (Advanced) (Rare) (Only medium level bosses drop these)

Red (Superior) (Very Rare) (Only Kage bosses drop these)

-You can smelt armour buy giving minerals to an NPC and paying them to smelt them
-Once you smelt them you have a list of icons to choose from
-Next a RBG colour thingy box will appear (like for hair) So you can colour it.
-It'll cost a certain amount of money to re-colour the armour each time

-The more minerals you have in your armour the more effective it will be !

*Note Bosses/Rogues wont always drop these precious Minerals.*

I must say Madara, epic idea right thar xD! Its pretty good too and would be a great way of getting the players to actually do stuff instead of running around killing anything that moves, which I admit does get boring from time to time =\, However I would also like to say, you can mix certain types of minerals with other minerals to create specific armors like....say..

50 Red minerals + 30 purple Minerals = Standard Senju Battle armor?
