So... as we all know, when itachi used amataratsu it was pretty fuckin ridicolous, so I just came up with a way for it to be in NNA but not to OP
Damaage Calculation: Ninjutsu+Chakra: ?x1.5= damage
Drain: requires 15k chakra, takes 8k
How it works: so this jutsu would be extremely similar to Kirin, just more powerful but doesn't last as long. It can only be used in Mangekyou Mode, and has a T second charge time. Once used, no other jutsus can be used. So, when your first attain amatartsu the flame will only last for 5 seconds, giving you a extremely short amount of time to hit your oppenet it with it. "Awww all thaat fucking chakra, only to not proboly be able to hit sumone wit it"? Well, the solution to that is simple. You can increase your time be killing players depending on their level, for e.x if you killed a lvl 48, you'd get .48 seconds. "Aww but ppl can just whore there friends:/!" Aha! Hence the reason this jutsu can only be used in mangekyou mode, as we all know, once mangekyou is used, you begin to go blind. Who would honestly waste there light on mastering this jutsu? Now, let's go onto the effect once the target has been hit, it will constantely drain their hp by 5% each second, but once used, you're charecter would begin to move slightly slower, and you cannot usee any other jutsus. So, from that point it'd be all about who knows howto survive. "Hey.... what if someone has EMS?", WELL ATTAINING EMS IS FUCKING FOR TRUELY SKILLED PLAYERS AND NEERLY IMPOSSIBLE TO ATTAIN, so basically if you have ems, you deserve to be able to use this jutsu without losing your light.

That's why there's a 5% hp drain. Itt would just be TOO op'd if you could run at full speed or shield and jus wait till the oppenets dead. Also why I set a time limit for how long it cud be used.

Its not a OP move atm its controlled with arrow keys which makes you extremely easy to attack and its hard to control

Its supposed to be OPED and tbh I dont think its OPED enough though ._. it should be faster and leave trails of flames behind. Oh and i dont think you've seen amateratsu or used it before the current one is fine and it doesnt matter if theres a hp drain because if u get hit by that its almost instant usually 30k+ hp at least so even if there is a hp drain you could just rest cause the enemy died.
